If there are no contraindications from below, appointments can be scheduled via phone.

Cleanse your skin
-
Arrive on the day of treatment without makeup or creams, so your skin is clean and prepared
-
Drink enough water: Hydrated body regenerates faster and responds better to the treatment.

Eat: Do not arrive with an empty stomach, as low blood sugar can cause dizziness or discomfort. A light meal a few hours before the treatment is recommended.

Get enough rest: Being well-rested helps your body adapt better to the procedure.

Try to avoid needling/injectable treatments during period: Our body is more sensitive, it can react differently to pain, can be more intense than usual.

Please AVOID at least 24 hours prior to treatment:

Refrain from consuming alcohol, caffeinated beverages (including coffee and strong tea), and spicy or heavy meals

Discontinue use of any blood-thinning agents such as Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, or Niacin

Avoid taking any pain relievers or anti-inflammatory medications

Do not consume alcohol during this period

Avoid sun exposure, sunbathing, or use of tanning beds/solariums​​

At least 4 weeks prior to treatment:

Do not undergo aesthetic procedures such as mesotherapy, bio revitalization, chemical peels, deep facial cleansing treatments, laser hair removal, or capillary laser therapy

If you have received Botox injections, ensure a minimum interval of one month before scheduling your lip treatment​​​​​​​​

Do not tint, wax, or otherwise alter the eyebrows before the session

Arrive with your eyebrows in their natural state to ensure accurate assessment of shape and to prevent skin​

​Medical Considerations:

If you are currently undergoing antibiotic therapy, complete the course at least 7 days before your appointment

Clients with a history of cold sores are advised to take an antiviral medication such as Acyclovir, Heviran, or Hascovir (400 mg/day) beginning 3 days prior to Lip Filler and Lip Blush treatment and continuing for 3 days post-procedure

Ensure you have thoroughly reviewed the Contraindications List in the preceding section

What to Expect​

Eyebrows & Eyeliner PMU Aftercare
​​​
-
Keep the treated area dry until skin starts scabbing.
-
Starting from day 5, apply a thin layer (pea size) of cream once a day for 7–10 days.
-
Skin will be scabbing and peeling — this is a completely normal process of healing.
-
Cream is needed only until the skin is scabbing. Once peeled off, keep the provided cream for your top-up session.
-
For oily skin, no cream is needed.
-
Do not use any other lotion on the area.
-
Avoid water on the treated area, wet environments, bathing, sauna, swimming activities, and beauty treatments (tinting, henna, face peeling).
-
Avoid sunbed or sun exposure for at least 3–4 weeks.
-
Avoid exercise or gym for 2 weeks due to sweating.
-
Avoid washing hair for 7–10 days to protect eyebrows/eyeliners from water.
-
Do not touch the treated area until completely healed.
-
Avoid sleeping with your face directly on the pillow.
-
Avoid makeup on and around the area until it is completely healed.
-
Attention: Scabbing and peeling is normal. Please do not pick the scabs — let them heal and fall off naturally.
-
You may experience colour loss during the first weeks. This is normal and the colour will return.
-
Pigment colour will be around 40% lighter after the initial treatment due to skin healing.
-
Permanent makeup is a 2-step process. A second session (top-up) is recommended after 5-6 weeks, this is not included in the initial treatment price.​

Lip Blush Aftercare
​

Lips healing time is faster, it takes 3-4 days
-
Apply very thin layer of the aftercare ointment 3-4 times during the day
-
Lips will be scabbing, peeling and it is part of a natural healing process
-
After all scabs fell down naturally, no more cream needed
-
Avoid water directly on the lips, and any wet environment like sauna/swimming pool and sunbed for at least 1 week
-
Swelling is normal, skin will calm down in few hours after treatment
-
Do not touch the treated area as it is open skin, it can get infected
-
Do not use lip gloss, or any other ointment until completely healed
-
Avoid smoking during healing time
-
Don't let lips dry out in this period
-
Use straw every time when drinking
-
Avoid spicy, hot food and soup until healed
-
Before brushing teeth apply one layer of ointment to protect lips from water
-
Colour loss is normal: up to 40% of the pigment can fade
-
Lips Permanent Make Up is a 2 step process, therefore a second session (top up) is required after 5-6 weeks, this cost is not included in the initial treatment price.

Lip Filler Aftercare
​
​
​

Do not touch your Lips – Avoid pressing, rubbing, or touching your lips in the first 48 hours to allow the hyaluronic acid to distribute evenly.​

Apply the provided ointment 4-5 times daily to hydrate lips, do not let it dry out
-
Gently massage Lips with ointment weraring gloves as explained on your treatment day
-
Avoid heat – Do not go to saunas or tanning beds, and do not use hot facial steam for at least 1 week. Heat can affect the longevity of the filler.
-
Keep makeup away – Keep the lips and its surrounding area free from makeup for the first 24 hours to avoid irritation or infection.
-
Avoid intense exercise – Refrain from heavy physical activity in the first 1-2 days to reduce the risk of swelling or bruising.
-
Sleep on your back – To minimise pressure while sleeping, lie on your back and use multiple pillows for the first few nights.
-
Drink plenty of water – Staying hydrated supports the effectiveness of the hyaluronic acid and aids tissue regeneration.
-
Eat healthy – Vitamins and minerals help with healing and regeneration of the body.

Normal reactions:

Mild swelling, redness, or sensitivity may occur in the first few days – these usually resolve on their own.
-
However, if you experience severe pain, excessive swelling, or discolouration, contact your practitioner immediately
-
With proper aftercare, the results will be long-lasting and natural.
